Why not just use Preview or Adobe?
Preview (Mac) and Adobe Acrobat let you draw a signature image on a PDF. It looks like a signature. But there is no audit trail: no timestamp, no IP address, no proof who signed, no document hash. In a dispute, an image on a PDF proves nothing.
InkRobin records every signing event (who opened the document, when, from where, and what they signed) and seals it into a Certificate of Completion attached to the signed PDF. That is what ESIGN and UETA require for an enforceable electronic signature.
